In this social campaign for ZipRecruiter, we got a chance to meet several real people who had great experience with the Zip platform. Their Real People series is ongoing so we needed to ensure that these fit in the overall style of the series while also finding the unique personalities behind these stories. That’s a lot easier when you’ve got people are are legitimately excited to talk about their experiences and have a lot to say on the topic. Luckily, we didn’t have many length limits to deal with here as the real challenge was choosing what soundbytes told the story most efficiently without losing the subjects’ character.
